Hi, I’m Dr. Lauren Hatherall, a board-certified family medicine physician, wife, mom, and a proud participant in the beautifully chaotic season known as mid-life.

These days, my life is fueled by coffee, school schedules, soccer practice, rare date nights, and the attempt at self-care that usually gets interrupted by someone asking for snacks. So when patients tell me they’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or struggling to balance their own health with taking care of everyone else, I genuinely get it.

Family medicine has always felt personal to me because families are personal to me. I love caring for people through all stages of life — helping young parents survive sleepless nights, guiding patients through chronic illness, encouraging prevention before problems start, and helping patients debunk TickTock trends.
​
I chose Direct Primary Care because I wanted to practice medicine differently. I was frustrated by rushed visits and a healthcare system that often leaves both doctors and patients feeling unheard. I believe good healthcare starts with relationships — having the time to truly listen, answer questions, and know patients as people, not just appointments on a schedule.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, relationship-based care with a little humor, a lot of heart, and the kind of doctor-patient connection that makes healthcare feel personal again.
